HOTEL DETAILS
We have a group of rooms set aside for us at the Comfort Inn near Fort Leonard
Wood. Another group booked the Hampton Inn where we stayed last time.
Our rooms, under the name 31st Engineer Battalion Association for October 3-6,
2024, are a mix of double queen and single king rooms at a discounted (and local per
diem rate) of $107 plus applicable taxes (currently 11.225%).
Amenities include:
▪ a hot breakfast each morning (with fresh waffles!)
▪ a heated indoor saltwater pool open 24 hours
▪ rooms have Serta pillow top mattresses, microwave and refrigerator, free
WiFi, and well-lit bathrooms
▪ king rooms offer walk-in showers, while double queen rooms have the
traditional bathtub
▪ an onsite fitness center, business center, and Marketplace (with great drink
and snack selections) all open 24 hours
▪ housekeeping service is provided every other day, and they are happy to
provide additional amenities anytime.
NOTE: The Comfort Inn does not have a meeting room, but they have a large lobby and
breakfast area where we can gather during the evening (see attached pictures).
Our rooms will be held and the discounted rate is good until 19 September 2024; any
rooms not reserved by then will return to the general hotel inventory. If plans change,
you may cancel until 4:00 pm on the day of scheduled arrival with no charge.
