RUDOLPH F. BISER, age 75, Beloved father of Stephen Biser (Casey) and Erin Biser. Loving grandfather of Cooper and Madelyn. Son of the late Rozina Ebeling, brother of Eric Ebeling (Mary) and Elizabeth Taylor. Proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam.
Rudy was born in Graz, Austria and came to the United States as a young child where he lived and graduated high school in Sharon, PA. After graduation he entered service in the U.S Army where he served in Vietnam as a Combat Engineer in the 31st Engineer Battalion. He later moved to the Cleveland, OH area where he eventually joined the US Dept of Veteran Affairs until his retirement.
Rudy enjoyed traveling, spending time with friends and relatives, and driving his Corvette. An avid photographer, he was always known to have a camera with him and enjoyed sharing his many photos with everyone. Among his many travels, he was particularly proud to have hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim five times.
Passed away January 17, 2026. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Monday, January 26 at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist (East 9th Street and Superior Avenue,Cleveland) where friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass. Private interment at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in his memory to Tunnel to Towers (t2t.org ) or a charity of your choice.
